It\u2019s been over three years since Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale\u2019s divorced but the former couple are still having trouble parting ways with their\u00a0Beverly Hills mansion. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ex-couple bought the enormous 15,018-square-foot residence house back in 2006 for $13.25 million but after the split in 2016 listed it for $35million in the exclusive 90120 district of Los Angeles<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As you can imagine the 7 bed – 10 bath property is an eclectic mix of colours, styles and bohemian chic a melody of brightly colored furnishings, splashes of monochrome marble and plenty of metallic accents. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dubbed ” the Summit” the vision of open space beckons the moment the front door opens. Voluminous space with floor to ceiling windows that present the most precious of art \u2013 the still life of purple-hued mountains and miles of valley life below. A shimmering pool interrupts the luscious soccer field of flat green grass. Feels like a Kennedy-family compound or Kennebunkport in the clouds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The entryway features a bold black-and-white geometric marble floor and leads into one of the many entertaining spaces on the first floor of the house. The living room doesn\u2019t hold back, either\u2014there\u2019s a hot pink couch surrounded by white sculptures, in addition to a giant two-way fireplace, encased in floor-to-ceiling marble, that serves as a divider for the adjacent dining room. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The massive master suite is on the main floor, decorated in shades of grey and ivory, with a glittering chandelier, chrome-finished black leather chairs and a fireplace. The tamest of the two master bathrooms is bedecked in a surplus of marble with a built-in bathtub that overlooks the grounds, with an additional dressing room-slash-bathroom that might be the most over-the-top space in the house. An oversized gold and black patterned marble floor is completed with copious amounts of copper trim. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is also a movie theater, gift wrapping room ( because we all need one of these!), kids lego room, rooftop deck, 1,500-square-foot gym, a massage area and sauna, a pool, a tennis court and a bar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
